So, anyone that you pick now...you have to pay for lol.
For instance
Russo has had to pay for Steiner and Vicious.
Neville has had to pay for Kendrick.
and anyone that is picked after that by you guys...you have to pay for.
however, when new people come in....they'll get their free 10
