Wait okay so this is getting wayy wayy out of hand haha with the whole trademarking matches. Really the only match left is a singles match? Yeah, I'm making it to where anyone can use any match type that they want. How many promotions have used a scaffold match or an I Quit match? Match types are off limits for trademarking. Iron Man matches and I Quit matches aren't exclusively to any company so people shouldn't have trademarked those to begin with. I only trademarked matches that WCW and TNA had exclusively. I don't think exclusive matches should be off limits to trademark because WWE doesn't do the Ultimate X. |

Here are the new rules: Anything that's been used by many promotions for years or isn't a simple gimmick match, can't be trademarked and that includes but isn't limited to Cage/HIAC
Last Man Standing
I Quit
First Blood
Dog Collar
Steel Chain
Ladder Match
Battle RoyalWe can all use the simple gimmick matches and add any stips we want to them. Ring of Pride would like it to be known that it is trademarking any match concepts that were exclusively used by ROH and WWE. - Hell In Cell - Elimination Chamber - Money In The Bank Ladder Match - Championship Scramble Match - Beat The Clock - Royal Rumble Pick 6 Ranking System. The New Age Outlaws, Degeneration-X, and any and all of their intellectual property including the "Break it Down" theme song.
Christopher Daniels' gimmicks and intellectual properties including former stables like Triple X or Sports Entertainment Xtreme.

I really don't see any reason for this to be an issue... only exclusive matches like Ultimate X will be TM'd, all normal gimmick matches are available to anyone. There's only a small amount of matches that can be TM'd and they have to be ones that ONLY ONE real life brand actually uses. There's the entire plethora of matches that can be used by all brands.

Actually, I already challenged Jay's TM of having the Million Dollar Championship and since I have Ted DiBiase, Jr. the current holder of the Million Dollar Championship. The Belt will be coming with him to RCW.

Just to clarify, I'm only challenging the Million Dollar Championship. You can totally use the Million Dollar Corporation seeing as you have Ted, Sr. I think that's a nice compromise. I use the Million Dollar belt for Ted, Jr. and you can use the Corporation with Ted, Sr.

Um, we can have a talent exchange on Million Dollar Man, Virgil and Ted Dibiase Jr., if thats cool with you, I think we can then bring the Million Dollar Championship to AWF also and then if I do the Million Dollar Corp on RCW, if thats cool with you.
