When a promoter wants to initiate a trade, he/she must make a new thread with the subject line reading, "Attention: Trade (Wrestler) For (Wrestler)"
Example:
Subject Line Reads:
Attention: Trade Randy Orton For Jack Swagger
Then in the body of the message type out whatever personal message you want, to let the other promoter know that you would like to make a trade with him.
The other promoter can then read your thread, and decide whether he wants to make the trade or not. If he does want to make the trade, he can reply to your message on the thread, with "okay" or "yeah sure".
Then the administrator (myself) will come look at the thread and see that the trade has been accepted by both parties, and I will reply to the thread, saying that "the trade has been established". I will then make changes to the roster, and the trade will go into effect.
If the promoter doesn't want to take the trade, he/she can reply to the thread saying "no" and the administrator (myself) will come by and reply to that thread with "the trade has not been accepted."
Then if you want to offer another trade to a different promoter, just go to the trade board and make another thread, following the same procedure. Or if you want to offer another trade to the same promoter but with different wrestlers, you can just reply to the same thread with your next offer, and vice a versa.
