With all the rumors swirling at Extreme Rules that Batista was leaving after the show, WWE seemingly pulled a fast one. To silence the rumors, it's likely that they entered negotiations with Batista (whose contract is, I believe, expired).
There, Batista agreed to stay on until Over The Limit. It seems that at Over The Limit, WWE will give him a proper sendoff after his match with John Cena.
One would think that with a proper sendoff, Batista will regain the WWE Championship and then forfeit it the next night on Raw. Possibly.
Thoughts? Comments?

I doubt he'll regain the title but it'll still be a proper sendoff as long as there's a real payoff to the match. Duck tape was fucking ridiculous in a last man standing *palmface*

Maybe they'll induct him in the Hall Of Fame....
HAHAHHA that seems to be their solution for sendoffs these days.

I actually hope Batista takes it back.
At this point Cena winning the match is almost TOO Cliche.
It's exactly like Batista and Triple H from 2005 ... only Batista's on the reverse end this side.
WrestleMania - good guy wins title from bad guy. Next PPV - good guy retains Next PPV - in the end of the feud, the good guy retains yet again.
